Simply fill, and drop it off at your local Post Office - it's that easy!
We use your email address only for the purposes of your order.
You can use this email address to sign in at My Bags to see your bag history too. If you want your Certificate of Destruction emailed to you, we will send it to this email address.
Don't worry: we do not use your email address for any other purpose.
We will post you as many Bags as you need that are ready to fill and post back to us. Each Bag can contain up to 5kg.
Each Bag must be sent back to us by Friday 20th August 2027.
You do not need to send all of your Bags back at once - they just need to be sent back by this date.
A Certificate of Destruction is our formal record that we have destroyed your Bag's contents. If you choose, we will email your Certificate of Destruction to you.
You you do not want this emailed to you, you can still download it by signing in to My Bags.
We will send you your bags through Australia Post.
Make sure you enter the details of the recipient of the Bags - their name, phone and postal address.
You can provide billing address details when you're making your payment.
